Flag Football
Roseville Broncos Flag Football is an 11v11 partial-contact format played on a full-size field, utilizing RJS-provided protective gear and uniforms. Catering to both new and seasoned players, our program is designed to bridge the gap to tackle football. Participating in the prestigious Oakland Macomb Youth Football Association, thirteen elite teams clash in SE Michigan. Our comprehensive training regimen spans February to July, encompassing speed, agility, strength, conditioning, positional training, and various camps. Mandatory practices commence in early August, running four to five days weekly.

After Labor Day practices are Tu-F 5:30-7:00

Athletes will participate in 8 games
7 Regular season games
1 Flag Bowl game
Games are Saturdays at 10AM but can start earlier
Labor day weekend game is typically on Friday at 1PM
Jerseys
Your athlete will receive a personalized jersey to keep, along with two pairs of socks.
Home and away pants will also be provided and to be returned at the end of season
Extra Costs
Your athlete will require football cleats and a protective cup for first day of practice
If you'd like to purchase your athlete a football to get some at home training in be sure to use the correct size football. Our flag division uses a K2 or Pee Wee size ball. You can pick up a Wilson composite ball for about $20-45 depending on model.
