TEAM SPOTTER (BRONCO SIDE)

Number Needed: 1 per game assigned by Head Coach (four total each home and away game day)

AWAY SPOTTER (OPPONENT SIDE)

Number Needed: 1 per game (four total each home and away game day)

    Responsibilities:

         -Introduce yourself to the opposing Football GM and their spotter

         -Assist the opponent’s spotter by calling off home and visitor player’s

         -Notify Football GM or head referee if there are players that did not play or sit the required number of plays per half.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass).

         -Arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to game time. This is an important position and games cannot start until the spotter is on the field and ready.

    Departure Information:

         -You must stay until the entire game is completed. When the game is finished, sign the spotter sheet.

FIELD MONITOR

Number Needed: 3 per home game (12 total each home game day)

    Responsibilities:

         -Ensure that only uniformed athletes and volunteers with a field pass are allowed on the field.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass).

CHAINS

Number Needed: 3 per home game (12 total each home game day)

    Responsibilities:

         -One volunteer will manage the down marker, ball placement, and downs (follow referee).

         -Two volunteers will man the 10-yard markers.

         -Please refrain from using cell phones and overtly cheering, we should always remain respectful to the other teams.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass).

TICKET BOOTH

Number Needed: 2 per home game (8 total each home game day)

    Responsibilities:

         -Collect fees from spectators and stamp hands once paid.

         -Keep track of money earned during shift.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass).

50/50 RAFFLE TICKET SALES

Number Needed: 2 per home game (8 total each home game day)

    Responsibilities:

         -Walk through the home and visitor stands selling 50/50 raffle tickets during the first three quarters of the game.

         -Keep track of money earned during shift.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with volunteer coordinator 10 minutes before game to obtain bucket, apron, raffle ticket roll, and change. 

CONCESSIONS

Number Needed: 3 per home game (12 total each home game day)

    Responsibilities:

         -Flag game volunteers assist with setting up concessions.

         -Make popcorn, bake pretzels, warm nacho cheese, etc.

         -Sell food, keep stand clean, keep track of money earned during shift.

         -Varsity game volunteers assist with closing up concessions.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass) fifteen minutes prior to game time for training.

ANNOUNCER

Number Needed: 1 per home game (4 total each home game)

    Responsibilities: 

         -Introduce all the players and coaches.

         -Announce play by plays, thank our sponsors, read 50/50 winning raffle number, play music for cheerleader’s halftime performance.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass) fifteen minutes prior to game time for training.

BOOTH SPOTTER

    Number Needed: 1 per home game (4 total each home game)

Responsibilities: 

         -Assist announcer by identifying ball carrier and tackler.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass) fifteen minutes prior to game time for training.

SET UP - SPONSOR BANNER HANGING

Number Needed: 1 total each home game

Responsibilities: 

         -Hang sponsor Banners on baseball field fence.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass) fifteen minutes prior to game time for training.

SET UP - CONSCESSION STAND

Number Needed: 1 total each home game

Responsibilities: Help set up food for sales, stock drinks in tubs, stock ice in tubs, set up condiments table, etc

         -Hang sponsor Banners on baseball field fence.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass) fifteen minutes prior to game time for training.

CLOSING - BLEACHERS CLEAN UP

Number Needed: 3 total each home game

Responsibilities: 

         -Clean up on and around bleachers. 2 people on home side, 1 on away side.

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass) fifteen minutes prior to game time for training.

CLOSING - CONNCESSION STAND

Number Needed: 1 total each home game

Responsibilities: 

         -Help pack up food items, tables, load into trucks for return to RJS

    Arrival Information:

         -Check in with the volunteer coordinator near the ticket booth (wearing a Broncos field pass) fifteen minutes prior to game time for training.
